Ave Maria Elizabeth Beringuel, who prefers to go by Lizz, was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a graduate of Political Science and was an active member of the Student Council. Before moving to the US last year, she worked as an admin for a condominium developer. She loved seeing people getting their dream homes and that's where her excitement and love of Real Estate grew. When not working in Real Estate, Lizz enjoys reading romance novels by Nicholas Sparks and traveling.
