Before moving to North Carolina from Minnesota, Kate owned a successful mobile closing business working as a licensed Real Estate Closer as well as working in property management as a leasing agent.  When her family made the move to North Carolina, she took full advantage of the opportunity and began to pursue her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent.

Kate and her husband have purchased and remodeled 3 homes themselves, including their most recent home here in beautiful Onslow County.  Her attention to detail and strong work ethic has her clients describing her as dependable, reliable, and extremely motivated.  Kate loves helping her clients find their dream homes and helping them to imagine, giving that home their own personal touch.

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family exploring North Carolina and enjoying sunny days on the beach.  She loves interior design and doing anything where she can be creative.
